FAST TURNAROUND: Maximum speed in management, service and delivery of the finished product: we can guarantee the translation and revision of 3,000 words within 24 hours, per project and working day. Regardless of the size of a project, it is always best for the complete translation to be done by a single person. When you need to translate more than 3,000 words/day, we can organize tightly-structured teams of two or more translators, as and when required, under the supervision of a co-ordinator responsible for ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the final document. CONFIDENTIALITY: We value the protection of our clients’ corporate image. AMM ensures the maximum confidentiality in the handling of all documents, material and data entrusted to us, regardless of its format or medium. This undertaking is available in writing in the form of our Confidentiality Agreement which you can obtain on request. VALUE FOR MONEY: At AMM, we are able to offer the MOST COMPETITIVE PRICES on the market. Our threshold for invoicing purposes is applied to 400 words or less. Above this threshold, each language pair has a set rate per word translated. No surcharges are applied for the complexity of the semantic fields a specific text may belong to, thanks to the degree of specialization of our staff of multilingual and multidisciplinary professionals. Nor is there any surcharge for working with a particular type of software or format; we try to adapt to the latest technologies in real time whenever the material provided by the client so requires. EXPRESS SURCHARGE: This is the only surcharge we apply to the final total of a translation, whenever the delivery deadline makes it necessary to produce over 3,000 words in 24 hours per commission (excluding weekends and holidays), i.e. when we need to set up a co-ordinated team of two or more professionals.
